How to Guess Your and Other's Birthday !

Here's a fun trick to show a friend, a group, or an entire class of people.

Tell the person (or class) to think of their birthday...and that you are going to guess it.

Step 1) Have them take the month number from their birthday: January = 1, Feb = 2 etc.
Step 2) Multiply that by 5
Step 3) Then add 6
Step 4) Then multiply that total by four
Step 5) Then add 9
Step 6) Then multiply this total by 5 once again
Step 7) Finally, have them add to that total the day they were born on. If they were born on the 18th, they add 18, etc.

Have them give you the total. In your head, subtract 165, and you will have the month and day they were born on!

How It Works:
Let M be the month number and D will be the day number.
After the seven steps the expression for their calculation is:

5 (4 (5 M + 6 ) + 9 ) + D = 100 M + D + 165

Thus, if you subtract off the 165, what will remain will be the month in hundreds plus the day!

Limit rows per page

Solution to have fixed number of rows in each page. This solution is not a perfect solution considering the line size increases due to text in each line. But this solution gives you how to fix no of rows per page. In the forum Heated discussion Users are arguing for having a placeholder in same fixed place on all pages, irrespective of no of lines , increased line size due to word-wrap. Here i am not going to discuss anything related to that. But a simple logic of , how to fix number of rows. Step 1: Loop through the records and display them Step 2: Have a condition for MOD of position(), then insert a page-break on the result of Zero Step 3. Blank row has to be filled, a condition has to be added, to find how many blank rows ROWLIMIT - (count of row mod ROWLIMIT) will gives us the rows to be filled. Configure Concurrent Reports to be run

In BI Publisher Standalone, How many concurrent reports can be run ? By default, it is set to 3. in-order to change it to 'N'. following change is required. 1. Go to Admin/Scheduler/quartz-config.properties 2. identify the line org.quartz.threadPool.threadCount=N 3. Change this to N, in order to concurrent no of reports to be run at a time.
